By placing an order from Huckleberry Haus Publishing, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not purchase our cookbooks.
Products and Pricing
We make every effort to disclose the contents, images, and descriptions of our physical cookbooks as accurately as possible. Prices are subject to change without notice. All prices are subject to applicable taxes and shipping fees. Presently, we offer free shipping via USPS Media Mail, within the United States only.
Payment and Sales Tax
We accept secure payments via all major credit cards at the time of purchase. Sales tax is calculated and charged based on your location and local tax laws at checkout.
Shipping
We make the best effort to expedite shipments in 2 - 3 business days. We are not responsible for delays caused by carrier disruptions or incorrect addresses. Our risk of loss of physical books ceases when we deliver the merchandise to USPS.
Returns and Refunds
We accept returns on undamaged physical books within 30 days of delivery. Returned books must be in their original condition. The buyer is responsible for for return shipping cost unless the book arrived damaged. Contact us first at sjsimonik+info@gmail.com
Intellectual Property
All content in our cookbooks, including text, recipes, layout, photography and illustrations, is the intellectual property of Huckleberry Haus Publishing/Stan Simonik and protected by international copyright laws. You may not use, reproduce, scan, digitalize, or distribute the contents without explicit permission.
Limitation of Liability
Our cookbooks are intended for informational purposes. Huckleberry Haus Publishing/Stan Simonik assumes no liability for adverse reactions to ingredients, cooking and baking mishaps, kitchen injuries or any health damages arising from the use of our recipes.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Texas/Lubbock County. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts in the Lubbock County, State of Texas.
